This involves a 1-hour trainer PACT online supervision. The professional will receive support and supervision discussing their range of PACT cases and implementing different stages of PACT. The individual supervision is an opportunity to ask a trainer any questions you may have about implementing PACT or discuss a specific case in more detail. You may wish to bring short video clips to the session to facilitate the discussion.
This involves 1.5 hours of trainer whole PACT session video review and fidelity rating and 1 hour of online trainer supervision and feedback with the professional. The professional will be asked to share an entire PACT sessions video on a secure platform for fidelity rating. This is an opportunity for the professional to discuss with the trainer where their PACT session meets fidelity and agree on goals for further practice. We recommend professionals attend a supervision/ fidelity check every three years to maintain their PACT skills.
This is for delegates who aren't yet certified and need to book a 3rd supervision session to pass fidelity or for delegates who aren't yet certified and it's been over 12 months since they trained. You will need to submit a full PACT video with practice programme. Your supervisor will then watch and analyse the video and you will receive a 1.5 hour supervision session over Zoom.
